Transactions submitted electronically are subject to successful authentication, validation, acceptance by the relevant AMC/RTA and receipt of complete and accurate instructions. The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, rejection or failure arising from incomplete instructions, banking failures, internet disruptions, system outages, incorrect investor details or technical issues beyond its reasonable control. Investors should verify all payment instructions independently. The Company shall not be liable for fraud committed by persons impersonating the Company through fake websites, emails, social media accounts, messaging platforms or telephone calls.

11. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, service marks, trade names, content, layout and design elements displayed on the Website are the property of the Company or of their respective owners and are protected under applicable law. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, transmitted or used to create derivative works without prior written permission. 12. Non-Resident Investors; No Offer or Solicitation

The content on the Website does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation in any jurisdiction in which such offer, solicitation or invitation is not permitted, or to any person to whom it would be unlawful to make the same. Nothing on the Website is directed at, or intended for the use of, any person in a jurisdiction where its publication or availability would contravene applicable law or require the Company to obtain any registration or licence in that jurisdiction.

The Company may accept investments from Non-Resident Indians, Persons of Indian Origin and Overseas Citizens of India (collectively, "NRI Investors"), subject to eligibility. Investments by NRI Investors are permitted only on the terms of the relevant scheme documents and in compliance with the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 and the rules, regulations and notifications issued thereunder, and must be routed through the investor's NRE, NRO or FCNR account on a repatriable or non-repatriable basis, as applicable. Repatriation of redemption proceeds is subject to applicable exchange control and tax regulations, and the Company does not guarantee repatriability of any amount.

Eligibility is determined by the relevant asset management company and not by the Company. Several asset management companies do not accept investments from persons resident in the United States or Canada, or impose additional documentation, verification or in-person requirements, and may reject or reverse an application on that basis. NRI Investors are also subject to withholding tax at rates applicable to non-residents, and to reporting requirements including those under FATCA and CRS, which may differ materially from those applicable to resident investors.

If you access the Website or transact from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for ascertaining and complying with all laws applicable to you in your country of residence, including exchange control, securities, tax and data protection laws. NRI Investors are advised to obtain independent tax and legal advice in both India and their country of residence before investing.

14. Governing Law, Grievances and Amendments
